1-DON’T FALL FOR FOODS THAT ARE MARKETED AS HEALTHY
People who have a busy lifestyle and for those who particularly don’t like to cook generally tends towards processed food. If you’re going to any Fast Food Shop and if you see the healthy menu and you’re thinking that eating healthy stuff is good than actually you are wrong. They are very high in calories and have very low nutrients like antioxidants and vitamins which can be very harmful to our body. So, instead of eating processed foods, you should always try to eat healthy foods like Beef, Chicken, Vegetables.
2-DON’T REST SO LONG DURING YOUR EXERCISE
There is no perfect answer for how much you should rest between sets. It all depends on the type of training you are doing and What your fitness goals are, that doesn’t mean you should rest for about 4-5 minutes between sets. It might actually build muscle but it will not make you lean. So if you want an Aesthetic Body don’t spend about 2-3 hours a day in the gym. Cut down your workout time to around 30-45 minutes a day and don’t rest more than 2-3 minutes between sets.
